LAS FAMILIAS EST\u00c1N SIENDO RED DE PROTECCI\u00d3N Y RESORTE DE INCLUSI\u00d3N PARA LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fuente: CERMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>15 de mayo, D\u00eda Internacional de las Familias.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 Espa\u00f1ol de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad (CERMI) y la Fundaci\u00f3n CERMI Mujeres, en el D\u00eda Internacional de las Familias, que se celebra hoy 15 de mayo, desean resaltar el papel esencial de las familias de personas con discapacidad durante la pandemia causada por el coronavirus, que est\u00e1n siendo no solo la principal red de protecci\u00f3n y apoyo, sino tambi\u00e9n el resorte m\u00e1s poderoso de inclusi\u00f3n para sus miembros con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p>En un panorama social caracterizado desde antiguo por unas muy d\u00e9biles pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de promoci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n familiares, indignas de la posici\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y de desarrollo del pa\u00eds, los apoyos a las personas con discapacidad recaen desproporcionadamente en las familias, que se enfrentan en solitario al crecimiento desmedido de unas necesidades y demandas en todos los \u00f3rdenes, que la pandemia ha exacerbado.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las propias familias, este rol de protecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n se concentra sobre todo en las mujeres, en las madres, abuelas y hermanas cuidadoras, que ven\u00edan experimentando tensiones extremas y que la sobrecarga derivada de la pandemia, con confinamientos prolongados, ha intensificado al verse reducidos o eliminados los escasos apoyos externos.<\/p>\n<p>El movimiento CERMI denuncia la carencia estructural de dimensi\u00f3n familiar en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas sociales, en especial, respecto de las familias m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles como son las que tienen alg\u00fan componente con discapacidad o dependencia en su seno o las monomarentales, que precisan de apoyos p\u00fablicos reforzados para que no caigan en la exclusi\u00f3n y la pobreza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fuente: CERMI 15 de mayo, D\u00eda Internacional de las Familias.
